Kinetic Marine Solutions operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers who have opted in. This is a Customer Care and transactional messaging program. Messages may include:

Follow-ups on service inquiries and quote requests
Appointment scheduling and service-day coordination
Notices that your service report is ready
Responses to customer inquiries submitted through our chat widget

This program is not a marketing or promotional SMS program. Messages are sent in connection with services you have requested or inquired about.

How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Kinetic Marine Solutions by engaging with the chat widget on this website and providing your mobile phone number. By providing your number and continuing the conversation, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry and service. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message types

Inquiry follow-ups: A text confirming we received your service inquiry.
Appointment coordination: Scheduling, confirmations, and service-day updates.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive text messages from this program.
